OpenSPS (OpenPLC)

is a development IDE for plc programs. You can develop and test the PLC program with the IDE and later run it with the included runtime environment on a standard LinuX PC. OpenPLC is part of the OpenMSR ( OpenICA) tool chain and therefor able to kommunicate with all other tools like the object recognition and track objects and their positions over a cheap USB cam.
